Our Elite sessions offer the best technical training program tailored around the following:

Small sided games -  Fewer players in the game means each player will receive more touches of the ball so they have more opportunity to make quick decisions and work on their skills in a competitive situation.

Ball mastery - Players will focus on learning  how to manipulate and control the ball. Build that relationship and be comfortable moving the ball on all surfaces, in different directions and at different speeds.

Possession - Develop player's ability to move the ball and set up opportunities to create scoring opportunities and control the tempo of the game. Forces players to think multiple passes in advance. Players increase their possession skills as well as their ability to make runs off the ball. Out of possession players work on ability to win the ball back.

Core strength, speed, quickness and agility -  Strong core muscles are also important for athletes, as weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.  All soccer players can benefit from improved balance, quicker feet, and a faster reaction time, and this is exactly what Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) drills help you achieve.
