There is no magic formula to play soccer at the highest level but there are attributes that every great soccer player displays. This can be broken down into the four corners of player development (Technical, Psychological, Social & Physical).

 

Whilst all the corners are very important to being a soccer player, it is the “TECHNICAL” block that is the most vital, especially in the foundation state of the player's development. The technical block is key to not just playing the game, but impacting the game in a positive way. It forms the base of all soccer players and is often regarded as the most difficult to learn at an older age without guidance or support. At the Dare Academy, we specialize in this while incorporating the social, physical and psychological blocks.
